• Customers may cancel services with at least 30 day notice.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure as determined by X Mosquitos.

• X Mosquitos is not responsible for any damage to property resulting from routine service application.
• We do not guarantee the complete eradication of mosquitos or ticks due to environmental factors.
• Customers must follow provided safety instructions to ensure optimal results.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property details for service scheduling.
• Allow access to the property during scheduled service times.
• Remove pets, toys, and personal items from the treatment area before service.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.
